Once-off Membership Fee

Once-off joining fee is non-refundable.

Once-off Listings

When you publish a once-off listing directly through the website, and pay for it upfront, you receive the service of promotion as soon as the payment is processed. We do not offer any refunds.

Annual Membership Subscription

Customers who are on an annual membership subscription are invoiced each year 28 days before their annual membership invoice is due. Members may cancel their membership at any time throughout the year. We do not offer any refunds.
